Shipping Policy

We know you can't wait to get your MessyHair products — here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Standard UK Delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over £50.
  • Orders below £50 may be subject to a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of your order, please contact us at support@usemessyhair.com.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch notification, please get in touch with us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. MessyHair is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Contact us immediately at support@usemessyhair.com if you notice an error after placing your order.

International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. For enquiries about international orders, please contact us at support@usemessyhair.com.
